1. Who We Are

Client Focus Solutions ("CFS", "we", "our") operates the CFS Immigration Case Manager at cfssapp.com. We provide immigration services including work permit, visa, and residence permit processing in Zambia.

2. Data We Collect

To deliver our services we collect and store:

• Personal information (name, email, phone, nationality, passport details)
• Employer information (company, contact person, corporate details)
• Immigration application documents and supporting paperwork
• Communication history (emails, WhatsApp messages, call logs)
• Billing and payment records

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data solely to process your immigration application, communicate status updates, and comply with legal obligations to the Zambia Department of Immigration (ZDI). We do not sell your data.

4. Data Sharing

We share data only with: (a) Zambia Department of Immigration for permit applications, (b) your employer as the sponsoring entity, and (c) trusted service providers (cloud hosting via Vercel, database via Supabase, email via Resend).

5. Data Retention

Case records are retained for 7 years from case closure to comply with regulatory requirements. After this period, records are securely deleted.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. Contact us at privacy@cfs.co.zm to exercise these rights.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
