Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the CFS Immigration Case Manager ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

The Service provides a portal for tracking immigration case progress, document collection, billing, and communications between CFS staff, clients, and employers.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized account access
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes

4. Fees and Payment

Immigration service fees are agreed upon case engagement. Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Payment terms are specified in your engagement letter.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

CFS acts as a facilitator. The approval or rejection of any permit, visa, or application rests solely with the Zambia Department of Immigration or relevant authority. CFS makes no guarantee of outcome.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CFS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia.
